Tricia Croasdell took over from Steve McIvor on 1 July 2024, he had been CEO since 2016.
Her journey with World Animal Protection began in September 2022, when she took the helm as the UK country director. Prior to this, she played a pivotal role at WWF UK as the director of public sector partnerships, where she excelled for over four years.
With a rich background spanning more than 12 years in various government departments, Croasdell's career is a testament to her dedication and strategic acumen. She previously led high-impact campaigns at 10 Downing Street for two years and served as the head of communications for NATO and foreign affairs, showcasing her ability to navigate and influence complex international landscapes.
